There a couple of chat channels where you can ask for orbital support EVE pilots. Once you are on that proper channel all you have to do is to type:
System name, planet and district(an optionally start time if you wish so).
But if you do not have a keyboard it takes some time to type all of this, especially if the system name are unfamiliar to you and they are enigmatic. Game system does not help us here much - for example we can only see district name in two places: when we are in MQ for a split second before game start loading WarBarage stage and when we are in battle and we suppose to fight for control over map. Usually there is a planty time in WarBarage, but as soon we open chat channel "information window" that contains system name and number of planet disappears. The more extended data feeding process is, the less chance of help from EVE players.
So to accelerate the delivery of data on OB channel you need to start using keyboard word suggestions. Below is a list of FW Systems with Temperature Plantes that you need to add to your PS dictionary. Remember to use only capital letters. You do not have type all system names, just Amarr-Minmatar or Caldari-Gallente.
So how to do this?
When you are in MQ and you are searching for new Factional Warfare battle, open "battle finder" when "deployment" message will appear(in top right corner of the screen) then:
1. Open OB chat channel,
2. Press the square,
3. Press select twice,
4. Start writing system name using capital letters - after second letter suggested word will appear, and all you will have to do is to select it.
5. turn off capital letters, type planet, district.

..and thats it, typing "PYNEKASTOH 3 3" never been easier, ETA from this point is around 2minuts, so EVE pilot have plenty time left, and you do not have to stress.
